Requirements:
- Male / Female, max age 40 old
- Minimum S1 majoring in Law/Psychology/SDM.
- Experienced in the field of Human Resource (HR) at
least 2years and 1 year as General Affairs
- Know and understand labor laws, licensing, recruitment,
GA, taking care of paperwork and payroll
- Mastering test kits and methods of assessment,
development, and assessment of employee
- Able tobe assertive and able to do the admonition to
any disciplinary action of employees
- Able toenforcecompanyprocedures
- Good personality, honest, discipline, teamwork and
open-minded
- Able to work under pressure,highly adaptable to new
challenges
- Prefer domicile Purwokerto & Sokaraja area
