Requirements:

• Male / Female, max age 40 old
• Minimum S1 majoring in Law/Psychology/SDM.
• Experienced in the field of Human Resource (HR) at least 2years and 1 year as General Affairs
• Know and understand labor laws, licensing, recruitment, GA, taking care of paperwork and payroll
• Mastering test kits and methods of assessment, development, and assessment of employee
• Able tobe assertive and able to do the admonition to any disciplinary action of employees
• Able toenforcecompanyprocedures
• Good personality, honest, discipline, teamwork and open-minded
• Able to work under pressure,highly adaptable to new challenges
• Prefer domicile Purwokerto & Sokaraja area
